Building has been leaking every time it rains and they will not fix it. Been an ongoing issue since the 1st week of installation, and do not use delgado from delstar construction for the concrete pad, thats who they recomend and he does shoddy work and will not fix his mistakes either

I regret purchasing from One Way Storage. As soon as I paid for the garage building and sign the contract Sue became very unprofessional, unresponsive and unconcern to my calls and needs from that point forward. I would have paid more some where else for better service and for someone who cares about their customers that spends money with them. If I could I would give a zero rating.
