We had the air go out at our rental home on a very hot Saturday afternoon. I frantically called multiple vendors and the first one to come out said he tried to repair it with a couple new parts but ultimately the unit was shot. Two more vendors (both of whom I had set up in my frenzy to get someone out) came out and drew the same conclusion. New unit. Chris did our personal home last year so I knew if I was going to replace it, Chris would be doing it. He came to give it the once over first thing Monday. Even though I had resigned to replace it, I wanted him to confirm the death. He found a couple of the wires were crossed. He corrected it and the unit started running fine. “Purring like a kitten” - direct quote. He came back by hours later to make sure it was still running fine and sent me photos showing the amps were holding where they should. I was fully prepared to spend THOUSANDS of dollars with 3 different companies who told me I needed a new unit. I can’t recommend Chris highly enough!! He should be your first call, but he better also be your last call because it’s highly likely no one is as competent as he is!

Highly recommend! Extremely trustworthy, reliable, great work, stands by their work, most reasonable of any company, works to solve the issue, goes above and beyond. Cannot say enough great things about Chris and All Star Air!
