The gentleman I spoke with today was very helpful and although he did not have the phone I was looking for he made several calls around the area. Even after I left the store he called to follow up with me to let me know he located one which I thought was exceptional customer service. The location is clean as well.

Kamish (not sure about spelling) solved our problem, finally! I spent hours over the course of a week with customer support trying to figure out why the phone SIM card would not sync to the network. Kamish was able to do an “upgrade” in the system ($27) with our existing phone and with a new SIM card. Took about 30 minutes. This all occurred due to using an eSIM card for international travel and swapping back to using the physical SIM. I would highly suggest if you travel abroad, just buy a burner phone with data and voice in that country. It was absolutely wonderful. The gentleman that helped us I can't remember his name I'm so sorry. He was amazing very helpful very patient and very knowledgeable. I appreciate him so much. I wish there were more Representatives like that gentleman in the world. Thank you Boost Mobile this was a great experience
