Beyond rude and paranoid office help. Called for service and woman wanted our credit card info BEFORE they even came out. Ridiculous!!! And pump was scheduled for several days later. Did not like her attitude. We paid by check upon job completion and driver had to call office to get check clearance!!!!! I mean we own this ranch for 40 years!!! Come on!!! Men who came were wonderful and fast and so polite! I can’t believe how different than office personnel. This needs to change!!! My husband was one who called for service and he is very “soft” but I could hear his frustration with this conversation. So next time it will be ME who calls. If I get “the attitude” the response from this end will be different the owners should straighten this person out. Nice equipment, wonderful service men all ruined by one sassy rude person.

Earlier this morning, I made a very nasty post about Honey Bee Pumping based on an experience. 1st time ever in my history of having to go to social media to get someone’s attention, the manager of the company contacted me within 30 minutes of the post to do everything possible to resolve the issues. The resolution helps, and we are now on a course of being able to get the rest of the problems repaired that Honey Bee does not have the ability to perform. Thank you to Elizabeth McCormick for helping to resolve the issue. This post is to set the story straight and replaces the post I had previously made. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
