We had an HVAC leak above the air intake crawl space. I had a fan on it for over a week, it just wouldn't dry, and the whole house started to smell like mildew. Servpro sent Corey King. He arrived on time and ready to fix our problem. The crawl space was still at 100% saturation. He treated the area for mold and then set up a dehydrator, fan, and a drain line. He said it would take 3 days to dry completely. He arrived 3 days later. He tested multiple areas of the crawl space to make sure it was dry, pulled all the equipment out and then he treated the crawl space and the hvac cabinet above it for mold one more time at my request. Corey and Marcus did a great job drying out our wall after we had a water leak. Corey explained every step in the process and was diligent about making sure the procedure was working. I highly recommend these guys!
