Of course it’s Saturday morning when I my flipped on the garbage disposal and it looked like volcano erupting out the sink almost to the ceiling. I wasn’t a former customer, but my former company had a voicemail that was full, “Good bye”. I called Payne, they were there in under and hour and finished unclogging the drain in an hour. Very appreciative of the professional, courteous and quick service. They will be be my new plumbing & HVAC go to. Thanks to JJ and Bonsai for their repeated recommendations!

My shower arm broke off out of the hole in the wall. john with Payne came out and did an AWESOME job fixing it. Polite and friendly. After he was finished it looked like it had never been broken. Thank you for being such a great professional John

Had an emergency leak on a Saturday and called. They had someone out immediately, it was fixed the same day! Technician was incredibly nice and professional. Will never use anyone else!!
