All the staff here at Milan have the best customer service I have experienced from any business in a long time. From my consultation to my treatment I have been treated with respect and kindness. Everytime you walk through the door the staff greets you with a friendly beautiful smile and a warm welcome. If you are having a bad day just come to Milan (: Jokes aside I have seen exceptional results in just a few treatments which take place every 5 weeks. Staff talks me through the process every time whether I am feeling pain or not. Now with the new constant flow of cool air it is almost painless to me. I just recently started coming here, but each time I walk through the door I’m greeted with friendly faces and so many smiles! It’s an amazing business, the lovely ladies who work here are so nice and welcoming. I’d recommend this place to everyone!! Its been such a lovely experience at milan. The staff is very friendly and professional.The treatment room is calm and relaxing.the whole process of whats happening and what will happen over the course of treatment is very well expained.had second treatment today but am already loving the results.
