UPDATE: Still using this location. Currently on my second year of membership for monthly services. Toi is my go-to for facials. She has worked wonders for my skin and has an awesome personality. Mary, Tracey, and Gloria are all great massage therapists and offer top-tier relaxation. The front desk staff is always welcoming. The shelf products offered are on the expensive side, but they make polite suggestions and aren't pushy for purchases, which I truly appreciate.

This morning my massage therapist Michaela worked wonders on my back with a deep tissue massage. Perfect pressure, great communication, and all around professionalism. Would recommend Michaela for anyone needing a great deep pressure massage!

I have had a membership here since February. My esthetician Danielle is excellent! She is taking such great care of my problem skin. My skin feels like it did before i started having skin issues 40+ years ago. I didn't think it was possible, but Danielle really knows skin and how it works, which is essential to skincare. She is so sweet and geniunely cares about her clients. I am so thankful for her. Massage Envy-Waco truly has a gem in Danielle.
