“My children and I have been taking classes at FMAT for a little over 2 months. We have really enjoyed it! They offer a variety of classes for children, adults, or together as a family. My kids (ages 5 and 6 when they started) look forward to going and often want to practice at home. The children's curriculum is as much about following instructions and developing positive qualities as it is about learning martial arts moves.Similarly, the adult classes spend time on flexibility and mobility that not only improve your technique but overall fitness as well.The instructors are intentional about learning names and will take the time to give students additional help if needed. I came in as a total newbie in my late 30's, so that has been very much appreciated.Overall, highly recommended!“
