Outstanding customer service. Our Bosch wall oven stopped heating and needed a new thermocoupler and controll panel. Greg came out and immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts from Bosch, set up an appointment and the oven was up and running as new. Thanks so much!

On a Saturday, today, at a 106 degree forecasted our ac went out. Placed a call and within. an hour Greg was here..the capacitor was replaced and our ac was working again ! thank you for your quick response and service!! Ken Baker has always been our go to for vac or appliance repair ! 5 *****
