She did it all clumpy she didn't attempt to flatiron it she just strayed some spray n used a hot comb for backstory im mixed so that's not goin to work for my hair ! Don't go to her

Worst place ever you take out people's hair you took out my sister whole front part of her hair because it was to tight and she told you it was to heavy you should have not put it tight around the front part of her hair .you always told her it would not look right but yes it would but you did not listen and now the whole front part of her hair is gone.
