LOVE this place! Best studio, super clean, and the staff is amazing. I love all of the workout options and for the price you get so much more than most gyms.The infrared saunas has helped me with long Covid issues, inflammation, and overall well-being. It's been amazing to have this in my life!

I love Hotworx! You of course have to adjust to the heat, but once you do it’s honestly a really great workout. You can get the calorie burn you’d get from a cardio session from doing a 35 minute isometric workout. The classes are definitely challenging but they offer a lot of modifications. It’s always well-kept and it’s awesome to be able to go anytime and still get a guided workout. I’ve been recovering from an auto injury and the classes have been really helpful because they are pretty low impact. I’ve definitely seen some dramatic results without even having to do the HIIT exercises. Plus it’s affordable so I’d recommend this to pretty much anyone.Bonus:...read full review
