Home Instead has been helping me care for an elderly family member "M". All of the care giver's have been great, ESPECIALLY Karen. We were in the hospital this week and Karen was great with questioning the doctors, understanding the situation, and keeping me posted through text and phone calls. Karen with Home Instead has gone above and beyond to make sure "M" was taken care of, had what she needed, and understood what was happening. Hats off to Karen! Lance and his staff did an amazing job on really short notice! I am so grateful for the time and attention everyone gave Dad. Thank you to Jared and Casey for spending time with him!
