I have used Hensel multiple times for various remodel/emergency reasons throughout the last 7 years, they are always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. If you are told that they will put you on the board instead of making an appointment is because they are super busy and emergency jobs take priority (many companies do this) I was called quickly for appointment so don't get discouraged.

We needed some GCI outlets replaced on a quick time frame. Kenny had someone over here the next morning at 7:15. They were punctual, respectful, kind, hardworking. They communicated the process and parts, got them in, and were on their way! I would highly recommend Hensel to anyone needing electrical services in Waco! Great company!
