“These people at Dental Station are the best, I had dentures made at another place, which was horrible, they were way to big for my mouth and quickly made with only 2 fittings, one for the wax mold and the 2nd to give them to me and out the door. At Dental Station I have made multiple trips, they took their time with different try ons to make sure they fit correctly. I don't live in Waco but I do not regret the drives I had to make. “Had my first visit to Dr. Latino today. Interacted with Lori, Kaitlyn and Dr. Latino. Kaitlyn did an excellent job of explaining the results of the x-rays, what my options were to reach my dental health goals. Dr. Latino also took a look at everything and helped by sharing what he suggest we do. Everyone was friendly and professional and put my dental visit “nerves” at ease.“

“Three weeks ago, the office personnel did not notify me in a timely manner to reschedule my appointment. I was not a happy person when I showed up and was told this about this.

I show up for my rescheduled appointment and was told by the front desk appointment clerk that I was not listed on the appointment calendar. After she spoke to the hygienist, who happened to be free, I was seen for my dental cleaning.

Hygienist did a good job on my teeth.

The front desk appointment clerk could also improve on her greeting patients in a more welcoming manner.
