I had called six fence companies and this gentleman is the only one who answered the phone! Others haven't even returned messages and it's been days. This gentleman was professional, helpful, and volunteered to drive all the way to Killeen for me even though he's in Waco. In addition, he told me what to check first before a service call was needed. Excellent customer service!!!
