Castex fixed my mom’s roof after a tree fell on her house during the spring storms. They did a great job. Rene made the process as easy as possible and kept us informed every step of the way.
Had an outstanding experience! Had a second assessment done for hail damage. He let me know when he was on his way and went right to work when he arrived. I informed him that this was my second assessment, and that my first mention was a complete roof replacement. He also asked if I wanted to get on the roof and see it for myself because, simply looking from the ground, he determined that there was no need for a replacement. We walked up and thoroughly discussed what he is looking for and how he makes his assessments. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing services.
