Came promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue and provided options for me to consider. They were back in two days with the part and my washing machine has fixed in 20 minutes, and has worked flawlessly since then.

Had ordered the wrong part. Will need to order correct part and return another day to install. July 12 - Needs another part. Another week’s delay in getting the dishwasher repaired. ? 3d time’s the charm! Got the dishwasher up an running. ?
