Really liked young man who serviced my washer. Even though it is not salvageable , he answered a couple of general questions about two other appliances. I learned I could probably fix them myself. 😊
Tech was early, had it diagnosed in a few moments, he wasn't here 20 minutes. He will be back with the part in a few days as he had to order it. He made us pay $449 before he left.
Joshua returned Friday to install the part and found the previous guys missed that a fan was also out. So it's still not fixed, and will be more than our original $449 to fix a filter. This is Labor Day weekend so I guess we are just SOL, but Josh says the office will call me tomorrow. Josh was the only tech that showed up that seemed to know what he was doing.
NOT HAPPY!
My dryer wouldn't spin when loaded with wet clothes and Joshua came and fixed it the same day , he had the kit on hand so no ordering parts and waiting weeks, like all their reviews claimed. Awsome job!! Thanks, Joshua.
