I was assigned to Dr. Schiller when he first started practice. Both my husband and I used him and both were very impressed. He was always efficient, effective and kind. Since Dr. Schiller has moved to Convenient Care my husband I and opted for Dr. Bates. I had first visit requesting motion sickness med for an upcoming cruise. I expressed I felt like my Thyroid medicine was too low, described symptoms, had lab work drawn, labs back and new medication within just a few days and before my cruise! This was fantastic and I started feeling better within a few days. Dr. Bates is extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and took her and my time to get to know me. She also reminded me that I was due for an upcoming physical exam.

Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Clinic - Bellmead offers both primary care and urgent care services with convenient evening and weekend walk-in hours. Our wait times are typically 15 minutes or less, and the cost the visit is the same as a primary care visit. For your convenience, Baylor Scott & White Pharmacy #252 is in the adjoining area of the clinic for new prescriptions and refills. Our primary care medical services include treatment and care for anyone, from infants to the elderly. Some of the services included are pediatric care, women's health, cancer screening, preventive health, office surgery and orthopedic care. We currently accept new patients, as well as most major insurance plans providing healthcare coverage.
