Ascension Medical Group Providence Express Care at Woodway

The front office was very friendly. Helped me out when the link to my phone wouldn’t work. The nursing staff was very friendly and nice about doing the testing. My provider was very sweet and informative. I feel that she listened me and my concerns. When nursing staff called me with my test results they identified their selves and were very friendly. A great experience in all.

I went this past Sunday, 12-01-2024. The clinic wasn't busy and was taken to the back after 10 mins of signing in. Once in the back and placed in a room it was another 10 min wait and Dr Issac came in. He was very professional, attentive, did not rush me out the door and answered all the questions I had. The whole staff from reception, to nurses, and the doctors are very friendly . If your wanting to skip the ER, I highly recommend going to this clinic.

The absolute best express care/urgent care I've ever gone to, you will not have to worry about waiting three hours to be seen like at every other urgent care. They get you in, help in any way they can and get you out the door within a timely manner. They are also wonderful with kids which I love!
