Called on a Saturday and got an answer, explained what was happening and got answers and things explained to me that allowed me to make the easy fix. Will use for service and recommend to anyone in the future. I greatly appreciate it.
I called the man answered, I explained my situation and he asked if the well was my only water source, I said yes it was unfortunately. The two men pulled up at the end of my drive about 10 minutes later (I live out of town) I waved em on in. They pulled up an we talked a couple minutes while they gathered up their tools an whatnot then I led them in the rain down where the well is. Well them two men went right to it. They had the whole damn thing torn completely apart in less than 5 minutes and was pulling out the long water line. They had new leather and a new screen on the end of the line in no time at all. Everything my mom owns has broken since my dad passed last January. She thought that this time, it was the well. I found her Russell Robinson’s contact and they were there in MINUTES, not days! They looked it over, showed her it was an easy fix she could do by holding down on a lever and didn’t even charge her. That is above and beyond!
