Edited to add they finally came back and finished, but it took 3 weeks of unanswered calls to make it happen.We paid this company up front to install a Generac and after setting up the generator they claim they ran out of supplies and never came back to run the electric. They took our money and ran! Won’t answer calls or texts. We heard they were great to work with but clearly they are very unreliable. I wouldn’t pay them up front. Go somewhere else.

I contacted this company because my home warranty is contracted through them. And the guy answered and said he would come out to my house within 2 hours. And he would call when he was on his way. But NO CALL AND NOONE SHOWED UP! So I call them to see what was going on and no answer. And guess what? The mailbox is full. Apparently they do not check messages EVER! So I proceeded to try contacted them several more times over the next couple days and absolutely NO ANSWER! How can you run a successful business like this???
