“They have always done a great job of taking care of our spoiled dogs when we are out of town. If your dogs are elderly or get anxious easily, request a quiet placement. At our most recent stay, our elderly dachshund was in a busy room and had severe anxiety symptoms when we got home. I won't stop using them, though, we have boarded here many times. The staff is very friendly and even called to check up on my dog after I told them what had happened. They really do seem to genuinely care about the animals. I think some of the upcharges for things like play dates and such are a little silly, but if your dog is into things like that and they're going to be there a while it's probably a good thing. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a boarding facility. They also have a cat room and I have seen birds being boarded a couple of times, so it seems like they are open to all species. Pet Resort has been my go-to for quite some time and will continue.“
