“We had a problem with oh circuit breaker box which took out our air conditioning in July. So when we called the air conditioning company they said it's a circuit breaker box you need an electrician this was at 7:00 PM. I sent request in for appointments via e-mail and “contact us” boxes to every electrician in Victoria it seemed like and I had exactly two e-mail me back. The first stated that they couldn't get out to us this week and the second Goyen Electric emailed us back first thing in the morning and also called us that morning saying they could get somebody over there the same. The technician came out and said yes circuit breaker is bad was able to get the power company out there to shut the power down get new circuit Breakers and get them fitted as a temporary fix which should last about a year so we can save up the money to get a whole new circuit breaker box. Absolutely excellent service and very happy with the amount of detail and explanations I got along with the technician being honest that this will only last about a year and then you're gonna have to replace the box.“
