The staff is very friendly and courteous. I received the most professional and sincerest care and I’m so appreciative. I was explained everything that was being done to me. At the end, the explanation of my findings were explained to me in a way that I felt the dentist and hygienist really cared about me as the patient and that they love really love what they do. The staff is always so kind, I feel like they truly enjoy their jobs and genuinely like me as a person. They do a thorough job cleaning and are honest and polite when they see an issue.
My husband and I have been going to Victoria Family Dentistry for several years. Dr. Rachel Heard and all the ladies in her office make you feel at ease and comfortable. Everyone is very professional but yet down to earth. When we had implants Dr. Rachel and her husband, working together had our smiles back in no time!
