Unfortunately I wasn’t approved but the girls were really nice and did tell me about the referral program and gave me referral cards. Best service and they explain everything in details.
I have been dealing with office for years and the staff has always been amazing. The manager Melinda will always go above and beyond for her customers. If you are looking for a loan I definitely recommend Heights!
I was able to refinance my loan without needing to go into the office. The paperwork was sent to my email and then direct deposited into my account. I did not need to take off of work to take care of anything. The people who work here are very nice and respectful. I would recommend their business to anyone.
