The need for servpro is never a happy occasion, so their willingness to come immediately, late at night on a weekend no less was appreciated. The team was responsive and while they did have many irons in the fire at the same time as our job, they took good care of us. Found this cute salon by Google and so happy that they answered the phone! I am not from the area and needed a clean up of my short hairdo and wanted some color (if possible). Jennifer immediately informed me that she didn't work with color, but she recommended Sabrina and provided me with her phone number. I called Sabrina - who called back within a few hours - and we scheduled an appointment for that same week!!
Well, if that's not enough for 5 stars, here's the real winner... Sabrina was a delight! Very personable and creative. I'm not set in any hairstyle (per se)... it's short and I like low maintenance! Well, with just a few words, Sabrina simply said, I got it and went to work... definitely her specialty!! She made several recommendations throughout the color/cut and I ALWAYS appreciate that! And to feel so comfortable with only meeting me that same day!

Elana is very friendly and does outstanding cuts on men's hair. When she blends your hair it is seamless. You don't have that line and everything is neat. She also did a great job grooming my beard. You have to call for an appointment but it's worth it. Her price is reasonable. No more than what you pay elsewhere. My wife is also very pleased. I would highly recommend Elana to anyone.

This is an old school barbershop with an old school feel . No styles just a good old fashioned hair cut . The barbers are incredibly friendly . Really enjoyed the experience. Reminded me of when my dad used to take me for a hair cut , oh so long ago .

Martin He's the absolute best, super friendly and easy to talk to and he takes pride in his work. There is no rushing to get you out of his chair and on to the next customer. He will take his time to ensure that his work is done properly and that your hair is looking it's best. The salon is located down the road from the Tejanita and where the old Playhouse Theater was at (now the Children's Museum) and right next to Yoga Chicks. It's a really nice building and super spacious.

I had the calming massage which let me tell you the process and steps in this massage are everything. I never thought that the exfoliating part would relax me so much. London did a great job and is very gentle throughout the steps. The best massages shouldn’t hurt and she is great at applying pressure where it matters. The hot stone massage portion was my favorite as it relaxed my entire body even more.

Cost wise, it might be a tiny bit higher than other places, but you really do get what you pay for. I'm more than thrilled and will happily go back for any other piercings I may get in the future.

One of our toilets developed a small leak that I was unable to locate. I looked for a local plumbing company and came across EPI. Darlene was very helpful in getting us scheduled. Once the technician Greg and his assistant arrived, they were able to determine that the leak was coming from a hairline crack in the tank. Greg gave me a verbal estimate which I found to be a fair price for a replacement. They moved forward with removal of the old toilet, installed the new one, and disposed the old one. Our issue was resolved and the final cost ended up being a bit less than estimated. We had a problem with oh circuit breaker box which took out our air conditioning in July. So when we called the air conditioning company they said it's a circuit breaker box you need an electrician this was at 7:00 PM. I sent request in for appointments via e-mail and “contact us” boxes to every electrician in Victoria it seemed like and I had exactly two e-mail me back. The first stated that they couldn't get out to us this week and the second Goyen Electric emailed us back first thing in the morning and also called us that morning saying they could get somebody over there the same. The technician came out and said yes circuit breaker is bad was able to get the power company out there to shut the power down get new circuit Breakers and get them fitted as a temporary fix which should last about a year so we can save up the money to get a whole new circuit breaker box. Absolutely excellent service and very happy with the amount of detail and explanations I got along with the technician being honest that this will only last about a year and then you're gonna have to replace the box.

Let me start by saying I am not afraid of hard work. Capable in just about everything: welding, carpentry, plumbing, mechanic, electrical, HVAC, mechanical design…. I’ve designed and drilled directional wells, worked on boats, heavy equipment, and automobiles. Designed components in your mobile phones, TV, automobile, and laptops; just about every brand. And yes taking down trees. I seldom hire contractors. Cheaper and usually faster to just do it myself. However, in this case, we had a very large oak tree with large horizontal spans over the house and neighbor’s areas. I looked into renting a lift around Victoria but when comparing quote from honest tree it didn’t make sense. Robert was professional, extremely hard-working and knew what he was doing. He also had the right equipment for the job. He and Shawn worked extremely hard despite the heat. They did not stop until the job was done. I very seldom give out recommendations, but I definitely do it for these guys. They earned my respect. If I ever need more tree removal service, I’ll be calling them to do it. Hell I’d probably even have a beer with them if they ever stopped working.

Absolutely amazed at the professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Hanselman and his team! We are 1st time horse owners and he has made it very easy to help us through the process. Answering every question we have asked and even taking the time to explain why things are the way they are. We have had our paint for almost 3 months and have never been able to mount him, with the help of the Dr. and his wife, (Jet) was ridden for the 1st time since we’ve owned him today!!! I've been using Main Street Animal Hospital with my dog since I moved to Victoria almost a year ago. They have been outstanding! My little dog started having violent and scary seizures right after I moved to town. They were the only vet clinic I talked to that was willing to work him in for observation when it first started. I was not established with a vet in town when it first happened because I had just moved to town. Excellent staff. I had to be out of town longer than anticipated this week, and they made it easy for me to get his medication from over 6 hours away. Extremely good experiences with Main Street.

I have been here several times over the last year and always leave feeling great! Susan, Charles and Lucy all do an amazing job and really aim to get all the knots and tightness out! The price is great for the service provided and I love the availability they have. I can usually book at least 30 minutes ahead and have no wait time. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean as well! 10/10 would recommend!!
This is my go to massage place. I have tried several places in Victoria and this place is excellent. Lite on English but great on service. I messed my shoulder up years ago and this is the only place that helps me out of pain.
Jim did an amazing job with my therapeutic massage. Went in with sciatica pain and left with minimal discomfort. Very professional and kind. 1 hr of pure relaxation.

I suffer from multiple autoimmune disorders as well as two different arthritis diseases. I hurt constantly. I received a gift certificate for my birthday from my daughter and I just finished the medical massage. He uses so many techniques and oils to give bodies the ultimate cleansing and relaxing it needs! When I left; I had not been able to move that freely or feel normal in almost 10 years. I could feel my joints and muscles relax for the first time in a very long time. He explains exactly what he’s using. How it helps and at times it felt like there were 3 sets of hands working on me. He worked from my feet to my head and face. It was just unbelievable! Both my daughter and I both plan to come monthly now and get relief and pampered from our extremely abused bodies! I don’t know why it took me so long to actually get to him; but I’m a believer now! Thank you Steven for your attention to my health issues and for finding so many ways to relieve our pain! Crystal is amazing! I have chronic back issues, all over muscle pain, and spasms. Somehow Crystal is able to work those muscles from head to toe and I feel 20 years younger when she is done. She is simply the best!

I visited this spa recently and was very pleased. Michelle is professional and she listened to what I needed. I work on the computer a lot and my neck and shoulders get tight. She focused on those areas as I requested. She made them feel much better. In my opinion she has a positive attitude and works to give a quality massage.
