Otis Smith and his staff are one in a million. Every detail was perfect. Dealing with the heartache of losing my mother unexpectedly was very hard on me, but they made everything so easy. She looked absolutely beautiful. If there is such a thing as a perfect funeral, this was it.
I have had the misfortune of many deaths in the family but fortunate to having the funerals done by Sullivans over the years. Their professionalism, empathy, and courteous attention to detail are great.
