Called the night before around 930pm, they answered said they would be out that morning. Showed up on time did everything they said they were going to do. They called me while performing the work and sent pictures because I was gone. 10/10 would recommend. Great service!!!!

Jerry went above and beyond what I have experienced before with other septic companies when asked by my buyer clients to evaluate a previous owner home septic system health. Jerry probed, dug where needed as well as studied and timed water movement. Most impressive. For Hunt and Van Zandt counties Preston Septic is now my only go to when my clients ask for a referral.

I had an excellent experience with Preston Septic Service. I called and he came out the very next day. It was raining and cold and he still took his time to ID my problem and went the extra mile fix it right. I will defiantly use them again if I have any issues.Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair
