Ruben is the best of the best. He is the only one who responded to me promptly in my desire to purchase a TYM tractor remotely. Other dealers never replied or they replied days after Ruben already did.

Ruben is a busy man but he cares and that means a lot. I have had tractor sales reps who never reply to you after the sale and Ruben is the total opposite of that. Ruben will have a lot of success because he continues to care after the sale as well.

I am happy I purchased my tractor from Live Oak and from Ruben. I feel I am good hands for many years to come.
