When we showed up for our appointments yesterday we were excited as it is my birthday today. I’ve been through a lot these past few weeks and wanted to treat myself to getting my hair done. Dianna is kind and sweet but her bleaching skills are less than acceptable. My hair is fried to a crisp. I understand some damage when bleaching is normal, which is why a trim is usually included in a service like this. I asked for all over highlights to lighten my hair. We talked about also including a root shadow considering my hair is naturally dark brown. She overbooked had me sit there with bleach on my hair for 45minutes then put on the color which was another 55 minutes then since my hair was over processed she cut it instead of trim to get rid of damage hair not a very good experience this time around will think twice about going back

Dianna has cut and styled my hair for the past 8 years! I have always been very pleased with her work!! I'm moving to Tucson and can only hope I find someone as skilled and caring!!
