The practice was recently taken over by a different company that doesn't see young children. They didn't tell us that information until after we went through the trouble of getting my little brother's blood drawn (my little brother is 9 and hates needles so it was a *very* lengthy process) ahead of his appointment the next week.A few days later, we recieve a call from the practice asking for my little sister (who's old enough to stay at the practice) to come back in and have her blood drawn *again*, presumably because they either lost her blood sample, or they didn't properly preserve it and didn't notice until days later.It is worth it to wait for a new patient appointment...read full review

I setup a doctors appt 2 days in advance and then 20 minutes before my appt they call me and say they only see people vaxed against COVID. And the First 2 times I went in there she was Pushing her agenda on me very hard to get vaxed and I still said no after declining multiple times. But thanks for wasting my time and thanks for being discriminating against people who don't have that poison in their body. This is a morally disgusting doctors office.

Kim the receptionist is extremely RUDE, every time I come for the same thing I'm charged a different price and I owe a bill from years back. This time last week I was called and given an apology about miscommunication about my overdue balance and I was good to go for my up coming appointment which is today 12/31/21. I'm here and again with the over due bill now it's from 2018 not to mention that I've been here 2019-2020 and was never told about this so called bill so I start asking questions as I should and Kim brings her rude self up to the window and says she doesn't like my attitude while slamming her fist into her hand, then tells me "I ain't tryna take your money you should be glad some patients pay more" then she says either pay the money or find another doctor. While storming off to another room still talking crap. Needless to say if I didn't need my refills I would of went else where but I for sure will not be returning.
