I called for an appointment and they got me in the very next day. There are few exotic animal veterinarians near me, so I was told 99 dollar exam fee. my chinchilla only needed a very quick, easy exam- So i ended up paying much less for it, which is always a blessing and very fair. They got me the antibiotic ointment she needed and I was in and out in no time. They didn’t try to offer me a bunch of different unnecessary services, which is often the case at the vet. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be bringing my dogs and cats here in the future! Thank you all for taking such good care of my beloved pet.
LOVED IT!!! The staff and the Drs. are amazing people. The prices are what they are. Called around San Antonio and they were the cheapest. The clinic is small but it’s such a big difference from a corporate owned place. You know they are GOOD when another hospital recommends them!
They really care about your animals and every penny is worth the payment and visit! the only downside is they don't take care credit unless it's a mastercard which care credit does but i think it's for long term members.
They're really devoted to saving your animal's life! Putting them down is never their first response which makes me so happy to hear because other vet clinics do that. All the doctors did everything they could to save my Faye when she was fighting a flesh eating bacteria for 2 years.
