I called ahead to see if my insurance was accepted and Miss Jennifer answered the phone. She was very sweet and polite. When I was being signed in the front desk receptionist was kind of off putting and I couldn't hear her because of the masks.I was helped by her very little as she watched me struggle to the front. I saw her help another woman by taking her Identity cards to her but she couldn't have bothered to assist me. She wasn't personable or friendly really. But probably because she was busy. The doctor, nurses, and front desk staff are great! I enjoyed my appointment with the doctor who treated me kindly and listened to my concerns.But whoever they have setting appointments over the phone is a disaster. I've had to talk to her several times (as has my husband) and she is always one of the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune of working with. She accused me of trying to get "controlled substances" when I followed up on a referral. She refuses to be help with most anything and instead of scoffs and makes you fight for any information, is condescending, patronizing, and has no customer service skills at all.
