Was impressed with GMR's attempts to repair my backflow device before having to replace. They only charged me for the replacement in spite of two previous repair attempts. Great company to work with and both Gabriel and Thomas were very kind and professional!

I work in property management, and year after year, we are chasing vendors to complete the required backflow inspections at the properties. I was hesitant to use anyone new, but I didn't want another stressful experience of getting these done by the deadline in June. When I initially reached out to Gabriel and explained the importance of getting these done with plenty of time before the deadline, he assured me he would take care of us with plenty of time. The deadline is at the end of June, and no other vendor has been able to meet the deadline despite me sending the job to them 4 months ahead of time.
