I'm blown away. Nick and Mike are from the era where honesty and integrity just don't exist anymore. They could not have been nicer, explained every thing they did, and fixed my system that I've had issues with for years. I have been dealing with my Home Owner's Warranty company, who have jerked me around for weeks, and NTG was literally the THIRD company to come out and look at my system. I have a very complicated communicator system and these gentlemen made it look like they were toasting bread. After everything I have been through, once they fixed everything, I could not let myself go to a place to think I finally had an a/c system that was working beautifully for the first time. IT IS TRUE! I cannot say how nice it was to deal with two wonderful and extremely knowledgeable professionals and you could never find two more honest or friendly guys in this business ......... or any business. Walked in without an appointment today. Paula greeted me and said it would be about 15 minutes. No worries, I was in no hurry. She called me back in about 8 minutes. I had long, straight hair and just needed to trim all the split ends. She was done in less than 10 minutes (dry cut). It feels & looks so great. Feels silky & smooth. This is my first visit referred by my niece . I am trying the TAP hybrid gel for the first time. The owner Tina is very accommodating and very honest. I had her do what she wanted because I didn’t know what I wanted. It will take some time getting use to the color but overall I am satisfied with her work. If I am in the area again I would come back. Great customer service!! Tina aims to please for sure.

They did an amazing job on my hair. I got Knotless braids. They made sure the braiding hair matched my hair perfectly and communicated very well and didn’t take long at all! Very neat and not a bad price . I will be going back!

Got my left nostril pierced, both my lobes and an industrial done on my right side. Cleanliness through the roof! One problem was when I said all that he got a bit annoyed, which is understandable. While he was doing the industrial my mother said, “not as bad as a femur break huh?” His annoyance from before went straight away!! It was funny imo. Atlas Plumbing replaced a water heater within 5 days of their diagnosis. They were timely, courteous, and made sure the job was properly done and up to code. A couple days after the water heater was installed, one of the toilets coincidentally clogged. We called another plumber who couldn't unclog it and told us that it would require taking the entire toilet out at a charge of $400. We called Atlas right after that plumber came out, and they were kind enough to squeeze in a last minute look. They easily spotted the problem, got it unclogged within 5 minutes, and the most impressive thing of all was that they didn't charge a dime for the trip out nor the unclogging!! Louis said he just wanted to do the right thing, instead of trying to squeeze more money out of me. That alone just speaks volumes to their character. We definitely recommend their crew!

Olympia Hills is the best place to get your dental work done. From the office staff to the dentist, they are professional and very friendly. I love my dental hygienist, Kristen, she always has a smile on her face and in her eyes. She is as gentle as she can be and always has a great story. Dr. Hafen comes in with his dad jokes and is very knowledgeable about dentistry. I just love how how I'm treated from the start to the end.

UC Animal Hospital has provided exquisite care for my babies. I had to make the most difficult and heart wrenching decision to let my sweet Kirby go in peace to the after life today. Denise and all those in the front office were wonderful and empathetic in helping me prepare for the appointment.
Dr. Proctor has been treating Kirby through his golden years and has provided the most sensitive and compassionate care. I am so grateful he was able to assist my Kirby today in a peaceful and painless passing. He was quick, caring, and professional and my Kirby went to peace and rest with us by his side. Dr. Proctor really cares about his patients with such a genuine and big heart and I think that made a huge difference in my Kirby’s comfort and and ease on his final journey. I love this place. I have been taking my 3 dogs here for around 7 years. The staff is friendly and patient with my little ankle biters. They take great notes so they know how I like my dogs hair cut. All I have to do is call and make the appt. The dogs always look great. They also take great care of my dogs while waiting for their cuts. They take them on potty breaks and give them snacks. I've never had an issues with nics or cuts. That was a huge problem I had with my past groomer. The facility is clean and the prices are great (that's important to me cause I have 3 fluffs). I'll never take my dogs anywhere else.
I have been getting massages monthly since 2015 and have never found a massage therapist who actually makes a dent in my problems...until Rob! He has been working diligently to relieve my pains and each visit leaves me feeling 30 lbs lighter. His office space is so homey and RELAXing and I look forward to each visit.
Nancy is absolutely an amazing therapist. I was in need of someone local since I live in Ohio. My first massage with Nancy was in October and the kids gifted me an hour for Christmas. I feel amazing. I suffered a setback from COVID and chest remains heavy. My cough was productive upon leaving my session. The comforts of things like a hot towel under my neck are so very relaxing! If I lived in U.C., San Antonio, Schertz or Converse HandsNHarmony with Nancy would be a monthly commitment to my health.
