Just got my second massage from Monica at Vida and it was just as great as the first. A salt room visit is included with their spa services, and I couldn’t leave without one of their locally made candles! This place is a gem!

I’ve tried other salt rooms while on vacation and recently looked into this one in my hometown they offer excellent first time pricing for new guests. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the salt room was relaxing and beneficial in helping me with respiratory and inflammation issues Their website offers excellent information

I had the flu and Covid at the same time during January and I just couldn’t clear my sinuses-they burned. I went to Vida Salt Room and afterwards I felt so much relief. My sinuses have not been bothering me this week since being there
