After two failed attempts at a different location, I was nervous when I showed up for my MRI at UT Health Imaging. But, Andrea and Stephanie at the imaging department were the best. From the minute I signed the book and they realized I was nervous, they went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% comfortable before and during my MRI. Would definitely do it again without hesitation.

My son was super nervous, but the ladies here and expecially the MRI technician was super slow and informative for my son. Told him step by step what was going on and what was next. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Service was fast and professional while we were there for my daughter's MRI , when I called and asked them to fax a note to my daughter's school to excuse her absence they gave me a lot of trouble and refused to do so. Very petty.A big thank you to Russ, UT health supervisor, who contacted me and sent me the school note immediately.
