They are committed to providing quality veterinary care for companion animals throughout their lives. The staff at Tyler Veterinary Center understand the special role that pets play in families and are dedicated to becoming partners in their health care. One satisfied client appreciates the center's acceptance of their approach to natural pet care. They had struggled to find a vet who didn't judge them for their choices and were pleased to find that Tyler Veterinary Center treated their dog with love, respect, and excellent care. The client also appreciates the staff's respect for their decisions, whether or not they align with the vet's recommendations. Another client has had positive experiences with the center's surgery and teeth cleaning services. They appreciate the staff's communication during the procedures and the before-and-after pictures of their pet's teeth. Although Tyler Veterinary Center is on the expensive side, this client believes that the quality of care is worth the cost. The center also showed compassion and care when a family brought in their 16-year-old dog, who was not a patient of the center. The staff treated the dog and the family with kindness and respect, making a difficult time easier for them. Overall, Tyler Veterinary Center is committed to providing quality veterinary care while respecting pet owners' choices and treating pets and their families with kindness and compassion.
