I have been a patient of Dr. Kerns for over five years and have experienced nothing but professionalism in my relationship with Dr. Kerns Team. My office experience has always been nothing but warm and friendly, and the follow-up after surgery was always done professionally. I would recommend Dr. Kerns to anyone who is looking for vascular services in this area.

The facility is modern, clean and the office is beautiful. Dr. Robbins is great. I am not sure who hired the staff especially the front office staff, but if I ever treated patients in that manner I would be fired and I would NEVER be hired in the healthcare industry ever again, that is for sure. The way the women talked to patients checking them in and even treated and talked to a surgeon was shockingly disrespectful and completely unacceptable. The MA's were friendly. I understand that clinic can be tiring and really busy and it can sometimes be hard to keep a pleasant attitude for 8+ hours 5 days a week. I just don't believe the stress of the job should be taken out on the patients. Also, as a a safety concern, a gentleman noticed that a light fixture was falling and politely let someone know they needed to contact the appropriate person to get it fixed before it falls and shatters or seriously injures someone. They just snapped at him and told them they already contacted someone. ....for the record it's fixed with tape. LOL. Hallie Dr. Robbins RN was great she's very sweet. Also the anesthesiologist was great as well. Clinical staff was great administrative staff needs works.
