AWFUL, Just awful. I was told by my Dr to go over there ASAP at 10:00 and i went and they were so disrespectful and aggressive towards me whenever i was calm and collected. Then after 15mins they said they can't get me in till 3:30, 5 HOURS!! are you kidding me whenever my dr said ASAP and told them that. that is BS! Also wanted me to do an office visit whenever I already did one at my dr office, All they want is that money!!

I'm sure the doctors are good at what they do, but communication with the office is beyond awful. I've never had a phone call answered without going first to voice mail; most of those aren't answered anyway. The only way to communicate is to send a message through their website - but the first two times I tried that, I never heard from anyone. My September follow up ultrasound was finally scheduled somewhere else almost 3 weeks ago and no one has bothered to follow up in any way to tell me what it showed. I sent a website message about it, got a follow up call (shock!) and scheduled a telehealth visit for a follow up, which never happened. No one called or emailed. This is NOT THAT HARD.

So... since I posted this review a literal $hit storm has went down....... Unbeknownst to me my insurance company BCBS started investigating him. For what .... I don't know .... And no one will tell me anything.... I'v approached several "pro bono" attorneys and they won't touch it with a 10 ft pole. But .... All I can do is offer an update but I have to be careful how I word things. When BCBS started investigating him he dropped me as a patient, unfortunately he was in charge of my meds, wound pump, and home health care. Which all went out the window once the investigation started.and he almost cost me my leg again. "I think he is a psychopath" I hope BCBS forces him to sell his Benz and move into a cardboard box where he belongs.
