I don’t know where to begin. Never in my life did I expect to join and ENJOY a spin class of any sort? Not only am I getting the exercise I need but I’ve made caring and fun friends along the way. CycleBar staff is keen on problem solving when I had any hick ups with payments (in the beginning but the business was just getting off the ground) and the CycleBar instructors are super knowledgeable in safety while keeping the class fun and alive even if you think you cant pedal anymore. The entire facility is clean and the complimentary clip-in shoes are kept sanitized. Liz has all of the riders in her highest priority when it comes to safety and feeling welcomed. I think if it wasn’t for Liz, her staff and her instructors (Mel, Jameia, Tamra, Tray, Gracie and Leesa) I wouldn’t want to come back—they work hard to keep the ball rolling for more rides to come!
