We have bought carpet and flooring twice from this company and both times have been a wonderful experience. I honestly do not have any negatives to say. The first time was in May of 2021, we bought a dark vinyl flooring, lifetime and waterproof. We also got this unique carpet for my husband's den. He still loves it! This week we bought in stock carpet and got it installed the next day. Superb customer service and just a lovely place to get affordable and beautiful flooring. Just used Strouds for the first time on the carpet for our bedroom remodel. Super professional, showed up when they said they would, and the price didn’t change. Worth the extra money!
