Great service and very nice staff. Explained everything and made sure I got a good price on any ads on cleaning for my rugs bc I have pets. Also gave me an estimate and fully explained how they could help with other service. I am very pleased, especially with their professionalism!
I was very pleased with Stanley's technician, Lane. He explained everything he was going to do to my floors. Also, he explained possible outcomes before he got started so I wouldn't be in for any surprises. Luckily, my tile looks exactly the way I hoped for! Thank you Lane!
They arrived on time for the appointment they gave me and both employees were cordial and very pleasant to deal with. They explained the process and took care of my property to the point that they even vacuumed the floors under the vents where they worked before they left. I'd recommend them without any hesitation !
