No problem with the staff, Cheyenne’s been cutting my hair for years. When I have a problem this is your website where you have to check in. I checked in today and when I did it said I had 11 minute wait time. On my way there was a jump up to 20 minutes. Cheyenne saw what happened and asked me what what my phone said. Wait time I guess now when I look at it, it’s because somebody walked in the door and we’re not gonna have that person wait. Fix your website it sucks do away with the check in time. This is the third or fourth time it’s happened.

First time for me and my 2 boys getting our haircut at sport clips. I would definitely recommend the one I went to on 110 and loop 323 in Tyler Tx. Excellent service.. Will most definitely be my salon to go to for now on..
