The staff were super helpful and accommodating when I went in. They found and fixed the problem quickly. I would highly recommend this place being your go to when your phone unexpectedly shuts off like mine did!
I really must say that my visits to Smartphone ER are always awesome. Both Bryce and Cody are extremely knowledgeable about the business. I’ve gotten several replacement phones there and they educate me on new features and changes. When I mess something up I can always rely on them to straighten me out again. Thanks for being here and for having people like Cody and Bryce. I won’t go anywhere else. Linda Wood
I had inserted my SIM card incorrectly and the Verizon store couldn't even get it out! So... they suggested SmartPhone ER. The gentleman that helped us was named Jr and he was amazing! He was quick and didn't even charge me anything!! Thank You so much Jr! You ROCK!
