Rudd plumbing was the second plumber that I called. The first plumber came to our house due to a leak in a room beside the bathroom. After cutting 2 holes in our walls, spending an hour in our house and charging us a lot of money the first plumber told us that they had no idea where the leak was coming from. I called Rudd because of several recommendations. They came at the time that we expected and didn’t spend much time to tell us it was worn out grout. Then they took the time to explain how they came to that conclusion, which was spot on. Our experience demonstrates, Rudd, is a Tyler, Texas plumbing, company you can trust.The alarm on the hot water heater was triggered by a leak. My wife had a local plumbing company come out and to fix the leak they quoted almost $3,000 to replace the hot water heater..We called Rudd to get a second option.
