Lisa was very caring and personal with our new pup. She recommended services that were best for our dog. They do have a lot of monthly plans and Insurance sales but we were not pressured to sign up for an additional car payment aka ( puppy package). We recommend Premier because they seem to put our pup first.
I recently took Beauty my mini Golden Doodle puppy to the vet for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The vet (Ms. Lisa) was knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly examine our puppy and explain each step of the process. She answered all our questions and concerns with patience and offered great advice on care and training our puppy. The office was clean and well-organized, creating a calm environment for our little one.
Overall, it was a positive and reassuring visit, and I’m confident that our puppy was in great hands.

My dog Penny, who is a 3 year old Australian Shepard, randomly wasn’t urinating at all on July 23rd & like most 21 year old females my mind went to the worst place! I monitored her through the night and prayed there was an opening at a vet clinic in the morning!
After sobbing myself to sleep all night, at 7:30am on the dot I called the staff at Premier and they told me they could get me in @ 8:30. When I arrived the ladies were so nice and very understanding (because they too have fur babies and knew my sense of urgency!) and got my sweet Penny into a room ASAP!
