We recently ordered a custom tiny home for our elderly Mom. We looked at several model homes at the Tyler location and eventually decided on a modified Titus floorplan. We began working with Tracy Garza in early November and she was absolutely amazing to work with. Tracy’s attention to detail is what made this such a smooth process. From the floorplan modifications to the interior decor choices (which we changed several times), she was extremely patient, providing answers to questions and much needed advice every step of the way. It has been such a pleasure working with Tracy on our house hunt. Even after we left she made sure to call us the next day with updates on some questions I had during my visit to Pratt. She was such a help advising me on the best choice for a potential AirBnB property. She was professional and very knowledgeable in her field. I would highly recommend working with Tracy!

TRACY IS AMAZING!!!! ASK FOR TRACY!!!When I first walked in I definitely had my guard up. Most of the time sales people are very pushy and not willing to give much information. However after 10 min with Tracy I was totally at ease, and she answered all of our questions. Her Professionalism and knowledge in her field was VERY apparent. She took time to find out what we wanted and worked around our budget. My mom and I LOVED her!!!Also she is very funny! It felt more like hanging out with a friend vs. a sales person pretending to be nice just to make a quick sale. She is amazing and very genuine. I highly recommend asking for her in PARTICULAR!
