5 stars for Native Healing and Wellness!!! I love this place!!! Whether it's a relaxing nap in one of their pods with PEMF and red light or a detoxing sauna, you'll feel great no matter what you try. They have packages and great specials.

We LOVE Native! It's become a favorite date night spot. I was able to improve my testosterone levels from 0 to NINE after just 4 cold plunge sessions -- it's easily become one of my favorite bio hacking tools. I love the sauna, the PEMF pod, heck, I love it ALL! The owners are so knowledgeable, and every employee makes you feel like family. I cannot recommend this facility more. Personally, I came here for me-time away from the kids, but I've seen so much improvement in my health, I've made it a regular spot to come to decompress and HEAL.
