We LOVE Native! It's become a favorite date night spot. I was able to improve my testosterone levels from 0 to NINE after just 4 cold plunge sessions -- it's easily become one of my favorite bio hacking tools. I love the sauna, the PEMF pod, heck, I love it ALL! The owners are so knowledgeable, and every employee makes you feel like family. I cannot recommend this facility more. Personally, I came here for me-time away from the kids, but I've seen so much improvement in my health, I've made it a regular spot to come to decompress and HEAL. Love the atmosphere! Got to cold plunge with my wife. I made it 10 mins, it was awesome after adjusting of course.We ended up getting a great package deal for all the services they offer. Can't wait to come back for some redlight.

I came in because I wanted to try the “cold plunge” rage. Let me tell you what…WHEW WEE! You won’t need your cup of coffee after that 45 degree bath. I also tried the PEMF mat with the red light therapy.. Two thumbs up AND five stars!
